SERVICES

Temporary-to-Hire
Allows you the opportunity to assess the employee’s performance and suitability for your company’s specific requirements and allows the employee the opportunity to evaluate the suitability of the position, as well. The employee must complete a specified period (usually 90 working days) prior to any acceptance of full-time employment with client companies.

Direct Hire
Allows you the opportunity to select from our pre-screened candidates. Based on client requirements, we are able to submit our top candidates for your review and consideration, eliminating the time and costly expense of job posting, qualifying resumes, calling potential candidates for screening, setting multiple interviews, etc.

Payroll Services
We provide all payroll processing including withholding, tax administration, and administrative functions. This service reduces your administrative costs and potential liabilities by allowing employees to become Staff Linx, Inc. employees. As our employees, Staff Linx, Inc. would absorb these additional costs and liabilitites. You can select your own employees for this service or you can opt to have our candidates perform the job functions.

Temporary Services / Contract
